Teamwork
A teamwork is collective work done by more than one person to complete a task in a given time. To perform well in teams, one must have good communication skills to share ideas with others. It is easy to work with teams when everyone has similar mindsets, however in the business world when it comes to working with the people that belong to some other part of the world, it becomes difficult to maintain proper understanding among them. Another aspect of teamwork is to understand the weakness and strong points of every member that can make a team more stronger and effective. In my program that is a computer system technician, teamwork is considered to be an imperative part of our work. I feel that I have the ability to work in a group to perform well. however, I face difficulty to share my opinions with other team members.
